Plate
The plate is complete; some breaks have been repaired with glue. The plate is circular in shape, with an undulating rim. The rim slopes slightly inwards, the wall is low and the base is flat. The plate rests on a flat base and the support point forms an angle with the wall. There are traces of pernette on the face of the marli, close to the rim. A crack on the rim has allowed a copper oxide slip to run down the reverse. There is a flaw in the glaze on the marli near the rim. The support point shows traces of wear ; The decoration is molded and applied with copper and iron metal oxides. The molded decoration is visible on the marli and rim: the rim is undulated and the marli rim is adorned with a raised strand of Beads, which is underlined by a narrow braid molded in relief between two grooves. Applied metal oxide decoration is visible on the face and reverse, occupying the entire surface. The inner rim, wall and base are covered with an iron oxide ground, and areas in reserve on the rim and base are decorated with touches of green copper oxide. The reverse is covered with an iron oxide ground, applied differently from that on the front.
