Plate
The plate is complete; there is a small crack. The plate is circular, with a plain rim. In cross-section, the rim is in line with the marli, which is high and has an almost flat landing, before joining the wall, which is low and curved towards the bottom, which is slightly domed. The reverse side of the plate is almost truncated cone-shaped, with a flat bottom and an angular base. There is a gap between the wall and the rim. The body is beige and covered with a cracked white glaze. Three traces of linear, triangular beads are visible under the marli ; The decoration is hand-painted in blue underglaze. It is floral in style. The decoration is painted on the marli and on the background. The marli is decorated with a narrow braid encircled by a thin fillet in pale blue. It features two different motifs, alternately arranged in a cross, painted in very dark blue. One design features a row of fan-shaped double oval leaves adorned with staggered pearls. The other motif is a stylized central flower bordered by elongated scrolls; this motif is framed by double arcs. The background is floral. It consists of a leafy stem surmounted by a flower, traced in pale blue and painted in very dark blue.
