Plate
The plate is complete. It is circular in shape, with an undulating rim. The rim is thick, the marli sloping inwards, while the wall is curved towards the flat bottom. On the reverse, it rests on a ring-shaped foot with a wide, flat, glaze-free base. The center is recessed and flat. There is a mark made by printing in blue under the background: hatched C or hatched crescent. There are small linear marks on the base ; The decoration is molded, transfer-printed and painted in blue. The molded decoration covers the rim and the transfer-printed decoration the base. It features a plant motif. On the wing, the motif is divided into twelve panels decorated with basket-weave in relief. The background features a central flower, probably a carnation, surrounded by leafy stems and an insect arranged in a circle. A blue fillet has been painted on the inner edge.
