Plate
The plate is complete. It is circular with a plain rim. The marli is concave, the wall low and curved towards the bottom, which is flat and footless. On the reverse, the rim is folded in on itself and slightly convex. There are concentric circles on the inner base and the underside of the base. There are linear marks on the inner base, and wear marks under the base. Hand-engraved dashes form the letters I LVCAS on the underside of the marli; the decoration is visible on the marli, near the rim: it consists of a domed bulge underlined by a narrow incised groove.
