Sculpture of a man squatting forward, leaning on his knee and left hand. With his right leg bent at an angle, the man appears to be standing up or sitting down as he picks plants. Perhaps these are ivik stems, the long fibers of which are used to make baskets. In fact, this figure is holding against him, on the right, something flat and rectangular with a texture made up of multiple fine vertical lines that could refer to a bundle of sand...
