Bowl
The container is complete; there are cracks and some missing edges, and some breaks have been repaired with glue. It is circular in shape with a plain rim. In cross-section, the container has a flared wall with a plain top, and a flat bottom resting on a ring-shaped foot; the decoration is molded and hand-painted in blue underglaze. The molded decoration occupies the entire inner surface, except for the center of the base, and is of the An Hua type. The painted decoration is vegetal with medallions. The Ah Hua decoration consists of two rows of slightly curved bands arranged in a mirror-like fashion. The painted decoration is visible below the rim, on the wall and on the inner background. Under the rim, the decoration consists of a blue braid with a simple latticework regularly interrupted by a stylized plant motif and surrounded by two vertical lines. The decoration on the wall consists of four medallions made of a double ring and arranged in a cross, each adorned with a leafy, flowering stem. The decoration on the center of the background also consists of a medallion made of a double ring and adorned with a stylized flower adorned with four tendrils arranged in a cross.
