Bowl
The bowl is complete, with a few cracks and stains on the reverse. It is circular in shape with a plain rim. In cross-section, the container has a flared wall with a flat top, and a flat bottom resting on a ring-shaped foot; the decoration is molded and hand-painted in underglaze blue under the rim and on the inner bottom. The molded decoration is of the An Hua type, consisting of two groups of slightly curved, mirror-like bands in relief. The painted decoration is geometric and floral. The decoration below the rim is composed of two elements: there is a narrow braid trimmed with a lattice and bordering a row of two different flowers separated by a leafy stem. The background decoration is encircled by a braid bordered by a net and adorned with a lattice similar to that under the border; the decoration consists of a leafy, flowery stem.
