Bowl
The bowl is complete; it has some cracks that have been repaired with glue and repainted. It is circular in shape. Its wall is slightly flared, with a straight rim and domed top. The lower part of the wall is curved towards the bottom, which is flat. It rests on a solid ring-shaped foot, whose beveled base is free of glaze; the bottom is recessed and flat; The decoration is hand-painted in pink, blue, green, orange and brown polychrome enamels over glaze, with gold highlights, in the Famille rose style. The design is floral. It is visible under the inner rim and on the outer wall. The decoration under the inner rim is a double fillet in orange-red. It borders two alternately repeated motifs. One is a garland of pink-painted leaves, at the center of which is a purple-painted half-flower. The other consists of three aligned oval medallions, scrolled and acanthus-leafed in pink, with a central pearl and trifoliate motif. The decoration on the inner base is a group of flowers painted in pink and violet, surrounded by leaves traced in black and painted in green, and stems and leaves traced in brown with gold highlights. The wall is decorated with six groups of flowers, one more massive than the others. The flowers are painted pink, purple and orange, and are surrounded by leaves outlined in black and painted green, and stems and leaves outlined in brown with gold highlights.
