Lady Eaton
Official black and white photograph of Lady Eaton, wife of the founder and owner of the Eaton’s department store chain. In the photo, Lady Eaton is seated, hands folded, wearing a lace dress with a silk flower at the waist. She is adorned with a diamond brooch and two large pearls as earrings. Behind her is a harp. The photo is unsigned. On verso, title and date in felt-tip pen and the obligatory mention of photographer Gaby’s rights reserved. Photo paper maroufé on cardboard.
