Black and white photograph taken on the occasion of the launch of the Teleglobe Canada Unesco Award in Paris-Montreal duplex. The photo was taken in the Council Chamber of Montreal City Hall. It shows the Mayor of Montreal, Mr. Jean Drapeau, in the President’s chair, and Mr. Jean-Claude Delorme, Chairman of Teleglobe Canada. Also seated is Mr. R. G. Gervais, seated on the left, the mayor on a giant screen and an interlocutor from Paris.
