L'honorable Marcel Masse et Phyllis Lambert
Set of two black and white photographs. The first photograph shows the Honourable Marcel Masse, Minister in the Mulroney cabinet, offering a toast to Mrs. Phyllis Lambert, founder and director of the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in Montreal. Richard G. Gervais, President and CEO of Gervais, Gagnon et associés and responsible for Ms. Lambert’s communications, raises his glass. Photo taken on the occasion of a federal grant announcement by Mr. Masse. The second photograph shows Canada’s Minister of Finance, the Honourable Michael Wilson of the Mulroney cabinet, taken on the occasion of the tabling of the federal budget in Ottawa. To the Minister’s left is Richard G. Gervais, President of Gervais, Gagnon et Associés, a renowned public affairs firm in the nation’s capital. On the right, Claude Lanthier, MP for Lasalle-Émard and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister. This photo was taken in the offices of the Minister of Finance during the reception following the tabling of the budget. Photographers’ names on back of each photo.
