Lionel Chevrier in honor of His Imperial Highness Mohamed Reza Pahlevi, Shah of Iran, and Empress Farah Dibah. In this photo, the Shah addresses his guests. On his left, Mayor Jean Drapeau; in front of him, the Honourable Lionel Chevrier, his host, and next to Mr. Chevrier, the interpreter, as it is traditional for statesmen to address their guests in the language of their country.
