Black and white photograph. Sunset on the Rivière des Prairies, with a view of the pier that extends Perry Island and forms a bay suitable for resort activities. Built in the late 19th century by the Montreal Water and Power Company, owner of Perry Island at the time, the pier disappeared after the construction of the dam on Rivière des Prairies.
