Black and white photograph. Crossing the Atlantic Ocean by Harry Sutcliffe in 1913 aboard the Empress. This is probably the Empress of Britain, built in 1906 by Fairfield Shipbuilding of Glasgow for the Canadian Pacific shipping line. This ship operated between Liverpool and Quebec City.
