Jug reproduction
The jug is complete. It is circular in shape. The shoulder is rounded, and the neck is long and straight, topped by two bulging rings that enclose a smaller ring. The rim is straight with a domed top. The wall is domed and constricted at the base. The base is swollen and rests on a flat bottom free of coating and glaze. The handle is vertical. Oval in shape and flattened oval in cross-section, its upper end is attached to the neck below the neck, while the other rests on the shoulder; it extends into a pointed tail on the wall; The decoration is applied and molded. It is anthropomorphic. An iron-spotted brown coating has been applied to the outer wall and handle. A saline glaze appears to cover the inside and outside of the object, giving it a shiny appearance. The molded decoration consists of three identical medallions in relief applied to the wall, with the exception of the handle area; a mask of a bearded, smiling man is applied to the neck and shoulder.
