Jug
The jug is complete; the end of the spout has been broken off and repaired with glue. It is circular in shape. The shoulder is rounded, the neck is short and flares out towards the top; the rim is straight and has a flat top. It has an elongated oval spout. The wall is tapered towards the base, which is straight. It rests on a foot in line with the base, which is partially free of glaze. The base is recessed and flat. The handle is vertical. Rectangular in shape and oval in cross-section, its upper end is turned down and rests on the neck, while the other rests on the wall. The top is corrugated, as is the lower section. Under the bottom, there are three small traces of a pernet in a triangular pattern; the decoration is plastered. The outside of the jug is covered with a silver lustre, which is also found on the inside of the neck, while the remainder of the jug’s interior is covered with a white slip covered with a transparent glaze with a slight yellow tint.
