Jug
The jug is complete; it is missing a few chips around the foot and has lost a portion of its enamel. It is circular in shape. In cross-section, it is pear-shaped. The neck is high and straight, topped by a straight rim with a tapering top. The shoulder is rounded, and the wall is domed. It rests on a pedestal with a beveled rim. The bottom is recessed and flat. The handle is vertical and solid. Oval in cross-section, its upper end is turned down and rests on the neck, while the other rests on the wall; it has a triangular tail. The top of the handle has a small conical opening, the inner surface of which is covered with enamel; the decoration is hand-painted in blue underglaze. The decoration is floral and vegetal. It can be seen on the neck, outer wall and handle. The decoration on the neck and outer wall is delineated by a triple fillet under the rim and by two fillets near the base. The main decoration consists of large blue-painted flowers on the neck and wall, with blue-painted leaves inserted between them. Curved lines and groups of pearls fill the interstices. The handle is adorned with large, superimposed horizontal lines.
