Tea bowl
The bowl is incomplete; a small fragment is missing from the rim, and some breaks have been repaired with glue. It is circular in shape. It has a slightly flared wall, a straight rim and a domed top. It rests on a truncated cone-shaped foot. The bottom is recessed and flat. The inner and outer glazes are slightly flawed. The inner base shows numerous small linear marks ; The decoration is hand-painted in blue. It is of a vegetal and animal type (Bird on the branch). The decoration below the inner rim consists of a ribbon of double latticework. The outer wall is decorated with long, leafy, flowering stems, with a large central flower; on one of the branches perches a bird seen in profile.
