Hat child

Chinese tiger hat. Colorful silk embroidery on gold foil appliqués covers much of the tiger, including the wind flap at the back. The Chinese character “wang” is featured on the tiger’s forehead. The blue silk brocade top has a red top bow. Red brocade silk lining. Among the protective animals depicted on children’s hats, the tiger is the most popular. Considered the king of animals, this feline has the power to detect and even devour evil spirits that might try to take over children.
