Tile

The tile is incomplete; one corner is broken and there are missing glaze chips on the face. It is square in shape. Its rim is slightly beveled. The back is covered with fine mortar. The body is beige, with enamel only on the front ; The decoration is hand-painted in blue. It is pastoral in style. Painted in the center of the tile, it consists of a shepherd seen in profile to the right, walking and holding a staff, on a grassy terrace and between rocks; another terrace in the background supports two rocks, from which grasslands emerge, as well as two sheep-like forms. The four corners of the tile are adorned with the same geometric motif, consisting of four beads with solid cores arranged in a square, from which coils emerge.
