Teacup
The cup is complete. It is circular in shape. The wall is slightly flared at the top, and the top of the rim is corrugated. The lower third of the wall is tapered towards the flat bottom. It rests on a pedestal, the base of which is free of glaze; the junction of the foot and the wall features an incised ring. The underside of the base is recessed and flat. The cup has an ear-shaped vertical handle. It has an external bulge at the top of its curve, as well as near its base; its lower portion is concave. Its ends are bent downwards: the upper end is palmette-shaped, while the lower is curved like a volute. The cross-section is oval. There is a small central nipple molded under the bottom of the cup ; The decoration is molded and hand-painted in polychrome overglaze; it is of the floral type. The molded decoration is visible on the outer wall. It consists of three vertical scrolled medallions. At their upper junction, they form a cartouche closed at the base by a shell in two cases, and by three vertical sticks in the other. This cartouche is also present at the handle. The polychrome decoration is painted in pink, violet, yellow, orange, blue, black and green. It consists of three different groups of flowers and leaves in large medallions.
