Saucer
The saucer is complete. It is circular in shape. The wall is flared at the top, the rim is straight and the top of the rim is plain and beveled on the outside. The wall curves at the base towards the sock, which is flat. It rests on an annular foot; the underside of the bottom is recessed and flat. There is a grey painted mark under the bottom:? The decoration is hand-painted in polychrome pink, red, ochre, green, black and blue over glaze. It features a floral motif. The top of the rim is covered with an ochre-painted fillet, which overflows below the inner rim. Beneath the inner edge, there is a braid traced in black and trimmed with a beaded latticework painted dark pink on a pink ground. This latticework is interrupted by four half-ovals in reserve, the base of which is trimmed with a garland traced in black with a central flower painted pink and leaves traced in black and painted green. The main decoration on the base is a leafy, flowering stem surrounded by a ring of blue-painted pearls. Outside this ring are four leafy, flowering stems arranged in a cross.
