Saucer
The saucer is complete; a chip is missing from the rim. It is circular in shape. The wall is flared at the top, the rim is straight and the top of the rim is plain. The wall curves at the base towards the sock, which is flat. It rests on an annular foot; the outer edge of the base is beveled. The underside of the base is recessed and flat; the decoration is applied by transfer printing and hand-painted; it is blue in color and features the Fence motif. The painted design is on top of the border. The printed design is visible on the inner background. It consists of a fence made up of a few sections: some are straight, while others are arranged in a zig-zag pattern. The fence sections are cross-hatched, with a small, three-lobed opening in the center. A rock borders the fence to the right. Leafy and flowering plant stems of varying scales adjoin the fence, including a long stem extending to the left. To the left of the fence is a small terrace made of a wavy line and covered with grass.
