Saucer
The saucer is complete; a crack has been repaired with wire and a break has been repaired with glue. It is circular in shape with a plain rim; the wing is narrow and slopes slightly inwards, the sock-like wall curves towards the flat bottom. On the reverse, it rests on three small, triangular feet. Molded separately, the feet have the shape of a button stem, with the top and a portion of the rim free of glaze; the feet are slightly inclined. There is a mark painted in blue under the base: 3P2. A crack on the wing has been repaired with iron wire; the wire passes through a pair of circular holes drilled through the wing, and its ends have been twisted onto the reverse of the wing. The body is beige, and the object is covered with a bluish-white enamel; the decoration is molded and hand-painted in blue. The molded decoration is visible on the rim. The rim has a plain outline, but its face and reverse are decorated with short undulations. Painted decoration can be found on the wing, on the inner base and on the reverse. The wing features a ribbon decorated with two alternating scrolling bands of different lengths. The inner base is adorned with an arrangement of vases, two of which stand on a rectangular entablature and the others on the floor. A leafy bouquet of flowers emerges from one of the vases, others are covered, and another lets out smoke. An insect twirls above the bouquet. The reverse features three concentric rings on the wall and bottom.
