Saucer
The saucer is complete. It is circular in shape. The wall is flared at the top, and the top of the rim is corrugated. The wall curves at the base towards the bottom, which is almost flat. It rests on a ring-shaped foot. The underside of the base is recessed and flat. There are small flaws in the glaze on the inner base and under the base ; The decoration is painted on the glaze; it is in pink lustre and non-lustre (Pink lustre), with a motif close to the English rural. The decoration is visible on the rim and inner base. A fillet covers the top of the rim and extends in a wide band along the inner and outer edges. The background features a rural scene, surrounded by a ring. It is composed of two high terraces in unglossy pink, separated by a river in reserve. They are adorned with lines simulating furrows painted in high-gloss pink. The top of the terraces is almost flat; the one on the right supports a large manor house, and the one on the left, a shrub, carelessly traced; the manor house is rectangular in shape and its flat roof features two chimneys, and it is adjoined by trees. A domed bridge spans the river, a few waves of which are suggested by curved lines; in the foreground, a rock emerges from the water.
