Punch bowl
The bowl is complete. It is circular in shape. The wall is flared at the top, the rim is straight, and the top is plain and domed. The wall curves at the base towards the sock, which is flat. The bowl rests on a ring-shaped foot. The bottom is recessed and slightly domed; there is a slightly incised ring on the bottom. There are three pernette marks arranged in a triangle on the inner wall. The decoration is hand-painted in polychrome of brown, blue, yellow, ochre and green, under glaze. It is floral in style. The decoration under the inner rim is a brown ribbon fillet that has run off in places. The decoration on the inner base consists of a leafy stem with tendril, traced in brown and topped with an ochre-painted flower. The main decoration on the outer wall comprises two superimposed fillets painted brown below the inner rim, which supports the same group of repeated floral elements; they are painted green, yellow, blue and brown. They are all separated by a group of four brown-painted pearls arranged in a diamond pattern.
