Pot
The pot is complete; small enamel chips have been repainted. The pot is cylindrical. In cross-section, it has a long, straight neck topped by a straight rim with a tapering top, a rounded shoulder, a domed wall and a narrowed base resting on a flared pedestal. The foot is wide and flat, with no glaze. The base is recessed and flat. The pot is fitted with a vertical, half-oval handle, the ends of which, turned downwards, rest on the neck and shoulder; the lower end has a tail. There is a hole in the top of the handle, which holds a pewter pin. The body is pinkish-beige and covered with a bluish-white glaze; the decoration is hand-painted in polychrome of blue underglaze and red, yellow, green and black overglaze. It is floral in style. The painted decoration is visible on the neck, wall and handle. The decoration on the neck is delimited at the top by a black fillet and is outlined in black. The decoration is mirrored from a central element that hangs from the fillet, below the spout. It consists of a stylized flower in black with red lines and yellow accents, followed by a trifoliate motif in blue. The flower is flanked by blue and green leaves. Beneath this element is a garland of flowers, in red radiating strokes with yellow highlights, and green and blue leaves. The sides are adorned with two blue-background tabs featuring a quarter leaf in reserve with red lines. They frame two vertical scrolls painted yellow, which frame a poly-lobed motif trimmed with a green latticework; from the scrolls hang floral elements trimmed with red strokes and green and blue leaves. A leafy stem hangs from the tongue next to the handle. The wall is decorated with a black net supporting a row of rectangles outlined in blue and red, with a central blue line. Beneath the black fillet is another in blue. The foot is adorned with a blue band. The front of the handle features a plant motif and blue scrolls, while the sides are decorated with fillets interrupted by pairs of dashes.
