The plate is complete. The plate is circular, with a plain rim. In cross-section, the rim is in line with the marli, which is inclined towards the bottom; the wall is low and curved towards the bottom, which is slightly domed on the face. The reverse side of the plate is almost truncated cone-shaped, with a slightly domed wall. The base is recessed and flat. The body is pinkish-beige in color and covered with a bluish-white glaze. Three traces of linear and triangular pernettes are visible under the marli. There are flaws in the enamel on the face and reverse. The base of the plate shows signs of wear, as does the inner base. The enamel around the plate has largely disappeared ; The decoration is hand-painted in blue and black. It was traced in black and painted in blue underglaze. It is of the compartmented braid and floral stem type. The decoration is painted on the marli and in the center of the background. The border is decorated with a braid. The braid is decorated with two alternating motifs. One is in reserve on a blue-painted background: it consists of mirrored elements composed of a central flower surrounded by two scrolls followed by two quarter-flowers. These half-flowers are adorned with blue radiating lines. The other motif is a band lined with lozenges, trimmed with four pearls and painted blue. These two motifs are separated by a blue-painted half-flower, set in two blue-painted bands, while the sides are in reserve. The background is decorated with a leafy, flowering stem.
