Plate
The plate is complete; there is some missing enamel around the rim and a break has been repaired with iron studs. The plate is circular in shape, with an undulating rim. In cross-section, the rim is in line with the marli, which slopes towards the bottom, while the wall is very low and curved towards the bottom, which is flat. On the reverse, the plate has a flat bottom and is truncated cone-shaped. The base of the plate is angular. The body is pinkish-beige in color and covered with a white glaze. Three traces of linear, triangular pernettes are visible under the marli. There is a green painted mark under the base: B. There are slight flaws in the enamel on the reverse. The support point and bottom of the plate show traces of wear. The inner base of the plate shows small linear marks. On the reverse, there are four spikes made from a double rusty iron rod, the ends of which are inserted into as many pairs of drilled holes ; The decoration is molded and hand-painted in polychrome blue underglaze, and violet, yellow and green overglaze. The painted decoration is realistic floral. The molded decoration is visible around the rim of the plate. The painted decoration is applied to the marli and the inner base. The decoration on the marli consists of two pairs of alternating floral and leafy elements: one pair of flowers, the other pair of flowers. The stems, traced in violet, are trimmed with green-painted leaves; the flowers, traced in violet, are adorned with pearls painted in blue or violet and yellow. The background features a few leafy stems, traced in violet, topped with a large blue-painted flower, like a carnation, and small violet-painted six-petal flowers with yellow-painted hearts.
