Plate
The plate is complete; breaks have been repaired with metal spikes and glue, and a small gap on the rim has been filled with plaster. The plate is circular in shape, with a plain rim. In cross-section, the rim is slightly inclined towards the bottom, and the wall is high and curved towards the bottom, which is flat. On the reverse, the plate rests on an unglazed, milled foot; the bottom is recessed and flat. The reverse features five pairs of drilled holes, three of which pass through the plate; only one pair has retained its entire copper metal spike ; The decoration is molded and hand-painted in green, dark blue, orange, yellow and brown polychrome enamels over glaze, with gold highlights, in the Green Family style. The molded decoration is visible on the husband. The painted decoration is of the flowering vase type. It is visible on the inner wall and base, as well as on the outer wall and rim. The molded decoration occupies the entire marly: it consists of the same motif repeated four times, but in a staggered pattern. The motif consists of an oval flower with concentric petals, surrounded by wide, wavy stems. Barely perceptible to the touch, it is of the An Hua type. The decoration on the wall is a braid drawn in blue and encircled by a fillet. It is decorated with two different motifs, repeated in alternation. One of the motifs features a green background with brown dots; it is of two patterns, placed alternately: both are decorated, in reserve, with leaves traced and painted in brown and traced in brown and painted in green, and flowers traced and painted in orange and traced in brown and painted in blue. The other pattern features two models of leafy and flowering stems, around which different insects twirl; the leaves are outlined in brown and painted green, as are the insects, while the flowers are painted blue and gold. The decoration on the inner background is a flowering vase. It rests on a parquet floor traced in brown and orange, whose planks are painted in orange, brown and green. The vase, which rests on a flat stand with feet, has a swollen body, a rounded shoulder, a short neck and a flared rim. It features a variety of leaves and flowers, and even a dwarf pine tree. The stems are traced in brown, the leaves are also traced in brown and painted green, just like the pine. The flowers are outlined and painted orange, with gold highlights, and two are painted blue. On the reverse, the edge of the border is adorned with a braid traced in blue and decorated with two alternately repeated motifs: there is a lattice traced in brown and orange, and trimmed in the center with oval petals traced and painted in orange. The other motif is a fish, probably a carp, and a crustacean, traced and painted in orange. The outer wall is decorated with two leafy, flowering stems: they are traced in blue with gold highlights, while the leaves are painted green and the flowers orange. There is a fillet painted in iron brown around the rim. The base of the outer wall is decorated with a double fillet painted blue.
