The bottle is complete. It is rectangular in shape. In cross-section, it has a straight wall, while the sides have flat or sloping surfaces; the shoulder is rounded and the neck is long and straight, topped by a neck made of a double-beveled lip with a flat top. The base of the bottle is straight, and the bottom is slightly sunken and thick. There are two vertical mold lines on opposite corners, from the base; these lines cross the shoulder and reach halfway up the neck. There are raised molded inscriptions on the opposite sides, in seven and five registers: ROB T TURLI NGTON FOR HIS BALSAM OF LIFE; BY THE KING S ROYAL PATENT GRANTED, as well as on the sides, vertically: JANY LONDON. Moulded relief numerals below the base: 151; Moulded decoration. The flask has a cross-molded body.
