Inkwell
The inkwell is complete. It is cruciform, with a flat top and base. In cross-section, the rim of the top and base are bulging. The sides are straight, while the corners are concave. The center of the top is pierced by a large circular aperture; near the rim, four smaller circular apertures are arranged crosswise. The underside is flat and glaze-free. The body is pinkish-beige with quartz inclusions. The glaze is white and shiny; the decoration is hand-painted in polychrome blue underglaze, and green and yellow overglaze. It is floral in style. The decoration is applied to the top of the inkwell and to its outer wall. The top is decorated with four leafy stems, outlined in blue and painted green and yellow. The four holes for the nibs are outlined in yellow. The edges of the top and base are outlined in blue, as are the corners of the walls. The sides are decorated with a leafy stem topped by a stylized circular flower, outlined in green and painted yellow. The concave corners are decorated with a leafy branch in blue and green.
