The container is complete; some breaks have been repaired with iron studs and glue. It is rectangular in shape, the front being square. In cross-section, the wall and ends flare upwards, while the back is straight. The top is recessed and flat. The top is recessed and flat, with a large central semi-circular opening along the back, surrounded by two rows of circular arched holes. The back is flat and pierced by two aligned suspension holes, the inside of which is covered with enamel. The underside is unglazed. The back and underside feature four iron studs, the ends of which are inserted in pairs of drilled holes; they are held in place by a white paste ; The decoration is hand-painted in two-tone cobalt blue underglaze and iron red overglaze. The decoration is floral and mantled. The decoration is found on the upper and lower parts of the face and side walls. The decoration on the upper part consists of a blue-painted background with a cut-out lower contour, decorated with mirrored motifs from the center, notably scrolls. In reserve, the background is adorned with mantling, scrolls and flowers, and half-leaves decorated with radiating lines in red. The center features a detached motif with a blue background and flowers in reserve, from which acanthus leaves hang. The decoration on the lower part consists of a blue-painted background with a cut-out upper contour, adorned with two motifs repeated alternately and in reserve: one consists of a Ruyi head surmounted by a half-flower adorned with red radiating lines, and the other of a leaf adorned with red radiating lines. The inner walls of the circular holes at the top are painted blue.
