The decoration on the lower part consists of a blue-painted background with a cut-out upper contour, adorned with two motifs repeated alternately and in reserve: one consists of a Ruyi head surmounted by a half-flower adorned with red radiating lines, and the other of a leaf adorned with red radiating lines. The inner walls of the circular holes at the top are painted blue.
