Envelope: First-day cover issued by the U.S. government from the U.S. pavilion at the 1967 Montreal World’s Fair. On the front, a representation of the Fathers of Confederation at a meeting, the Peace Tower of the Parliament of Canada, surmounted by the Canadian flag and the inscription Centennial Canada Confederation, as well as the symbol of the World’s Fair and the dates 1867-1967. The envelope is stamped (5-cent stamp) by the United States and cancelled. The envelope is addressed to Jeanne Marie Trévisan, New York. Inside, a calendar page for the same month.
