Cut
The cut is complete. It is circular in shape with a plain rim. The rim is straight, and the low wall curves towards the flat bottom. On the reverse side, it rests on a ring-shaped foot whose fulcrum is flat and free of glaze. There is a blue-painted mark below the base: n. The foot is pierced by two circular, aligned fixing holes, the inside of which is covered with glaze. The body is a pinkish-beige color, and the object is covered with a bluish-white enamel. There are three traces of a pernette arranged in a triangle on the reverse; the decoration is hand-painted in blue. It is found on the inner base and on the reverse. The inner base is decorated with concentric rings. The outer ring is made of two concentric double circles painted blue and decorated with a row of scrolls. The inner ring, made of two concentric circles, is undecorated. The central decoration is encircled by a simple ring: it features a terrace with a rock on the right, on which a seated figure, seen in profile, wearing a hat, rests his elbow. In front of him, a group of sheep rest in the shade of a tree. Birds twirl in the sky, where a sun shines. The reverse features a row of alternating circles with a central line and Vs.
