Rectangular case with engraved text on top. Present given to Camillien Houde, former mayor of the city of Montreal from 1928 to 1932, from 1934 to 1936, from 1938 to 1940 and from 1944 to 1954, by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters in 1953.
