Historical context
Ce macaron a été créé dans les années 1980 afin de faire la promotion du Planétarium de Montréal.
C’est en 1962 que le Dr Pierre Gendron, doyen de la Faculté des sciences de l’Université d’Ottawa, souhaite doter Montréal d’un planétarium international. Dans un contexte où la ville se restructure afin d’accueillir l’Expo 67, il convainc la brasserie Dow d’investir dans son projet.
