Box
Large oval box with red lid. The wall is made of a thin sheet of spruce wood folded over itself to form an oval shape. The two ends of this sheet of wood overlap and are sewn together with two vertical, parallel rows of thin leather straps. The bottom is made of a thin piece of wood: 0.6 cm. The lid is made of a thicker piece of wood: 1.7cm. The wall and bottom are assembled with small ash pegs. The lid is assembled with square nails. Spruce, ash splint, dowel.
