Box

Oval-shaped box, decorated on the lid with four oval motifs interlaced in a rosette. The motif is repeated under the base. The wall thickness measures 1.5mm. The wall is made of a thin sheet of wood folded on itself. The two ends of the sheet overlap and are sewn together with two parallel vertical rows of fine cordage. The lid, wall and base are assembled using small rectangular wooden dowels (eight for the lid and nine for the base). The lid fits perfectly into the body of the box.
