Beer bottle

The bottle is complete. It is cylindrical in shape, with a straight wall, a rounded shoulder and a long, straight cylindrical neck, tapering slightly towards the top. The neck has a beveled ring and a high, beveled lip with a flat top. The base is straight. The base features a domed fulcrum, a sunken cone-shaped center with an annular plateau and a small off-center nipple. There is an inscription molded in relief on the lower portion of the base: RICKETTS & Co GLASS WORKS BRISTOL. There are three mold marks: a horizontal mold line at the top of the wall and two vertical mold lines on the shoulder and neck. There is a raised mold mark on a portion of the shoulder: PATENT; None.
