Beaver pelt
Beaver skin stretched over a frame made from a wooden branch. The skin is held in place by commercial leather straps. A gold medallion affixed to the skin reads “Fourrure Canada” and is accompanied by a coat of arms. The hide is not fully processed, as the work has not been completed.
