The company of over a thousand employees has a culture of belonging, like many others of its time. Weddings and maternities are celebrated, and all kinds of activities are organized, such as picnics, ski trips, sugar parties, bowling leagues and so on. Dupuis Frères creates the “Club des 25” and the “Club des 50” for employees with the same number of years of service. They receive a gift in recognition (certificate, watch, corsage bouquet). Of course, the company’s 70th anniversary was celebrated in style in 1938, with medals like this one awarded to employees with 21 years (or more) of service.
